These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and Ropamix ("Ropamix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ropamix is an AI personal styling service that generates outfit suggestions based on occasion, style profile, and other inputs you provide. Suggestions are for inspiration only and are provided on an "as is" basis without guarantee of fit, availability, or suitability.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: (a) using it for anything unlawful; (b) attempting fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) interfering with security (probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering); or (e) reselling or redistributing the Service.
The Service, including all software, models, content, and branding, is owned by Ropamix or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your subscription plan. You retain rights to your own inputs; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service.
Outputs generated by our AI stylist may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, and for having the rights to any content you input. We may filter, moderate, or refuse outputs at our discretion.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (fraud, death or personal injury).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
