Refund Policy

Ropamix offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Ropamix orders. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to access your order.
2. Open the order and request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly.
3. You can also email us in-app and we'll help you request one through Paddle.

Refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
