Ropamix ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through the Ropamix website and Service.

- Account data: name/display name, email address, login credentials.
- Style profile: gender presentation, size, budget, climate, style preferences you enter.
- Usage data: outfit requests, saved outfits, wardrobe items, affiliate clicks.
- Support messages you send us.
- Device / technical data: IP address, device type, browser, timestamps.
3. How we use your data
- Creating and managing your account (contract performance).
- Providing the AI styling Service and improving results (contract, legitimate interests).
- Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- Customer support (contract).
- Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, AI model providers, error monitoring, analytics.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when strictly necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
